A doctor has provided 1 answer

Wouldn't think so: Unfortunately, the brain growth and maturation that occurs in the first years of life are quite quite important. The attack on & scaring of the nerve cells by the virus during that period are likely permanent. Therapy can often maximize the potential function by remaining healthy nerve pathways.
