Possibly: Urine tests help us determine if there is an inflammatory process going on - like an infection. They do not tell us what the infection is until a culture is done. STD's can cause inflammation of our urinary tract (bladder,urethra, etc), so basic urine tests can be positive. If the STD is not cause inflammation of the urinary tract, a urine test will not be positive.
