Urge to urinate for a few weeks now, but no other uti symptoms. azo test strips test positive for wbc & nitrites. is it more likely a uti or an std?

UTI is more likely: Gonorrhea or chlamydia can mimic some UTI symptoms, but usually this would be burning on urination; urgency alone is more likely bladder inflammation due to UTI, especially for "a few weeks" and with positive nitrite and WBC. See a doctor soon: you need a formal urinalysis, probably a urine culture, STD testing since it's on your mind, and probably an antibiotic prescription.
