Took at home azo uti test. positive for leukocytes. immediate care center urine test negative for uti and leukocytes. what could it be? they tested for all stds. fullness in stomach, more discharge, sometimes itchiness, no foul odor but an odor there?

I'm guessing that "they" means an urgent care center and perhaps not an experienced gynecologist. Your symptoms suggest you may have yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis, trichomonas or other infection often not included with standard STD tests . See (another?) gynecologist. Good luck.

Discharge and itchiness are not symptoms of UTI. Urine collection could have been contaminated by the discharge. You need a Gyn exam to find cause and treatment of your symptoms. Unfortunately lab tests are taking over instead of a good history and physical exam.
