Sugar: Probably related to starving, need to eat regularly , next time check your sugar when you have headache or eat something, if the headache still persists you will need further work up including eye exam and neuro check up. Please see your pcp for further exam.

Tension headache: The headache you describe is probably so-called "tension headache". Avoiding triggers as you identified can help. Other types of headaches should be evaluated by your physician.

Siutational: Is it really that dependent on your habits? So if you eat breakfast and do not watch the movies, it is better? Perhaps it depends on activities because of your head movements? Is the headache in a particular place, or is it all over? Does it happen every day? Write back with more information. There may be an answer.
