Veggies: steamed and or raw veggies are low in calories, high in nutrients and bulk. Imagine eating a bag of cut carrots with your bread and peanut butter sandwhich. Drink alot too- water and fiber should be a part of a healthy diet and they can also help make you feel full. Happy eating
