Low sugar: Many fruits have a high sugar content that are not always best for your blood sugar levels. Try blackberries and blueberries which have good nutrients and; unless you consume the entire container, are reasonably low in sugar.

For a healthy diet,: Check out www.Drmcdougall.Com or www.Nutritionfacts.Org. Both doctors cite lots of research evidence for a low-fat, starch-based diet for good health, including weight loss. Most fruits are healthy, especially berries. It's more important to have a "diet" you can stay on permanently rather than something short-term or radical.
