Insoluble fiber: There are two key features of successful weight loss diets - reduce sugar and increase fiber. The fiber helps to limit the absorption of sugars so you don't get a blood sugar spike and associated Insulin spike. Insoluble fiber is the stringy stuff you find in fruits and vegetables - celery carrots, etc. You can't get that type of fiber from a pill nor from blending up your veggies. Cheers!
