Get them out: Asap , the pain is an indication of movements or pressure to other teeth and surrounding tissues, so get them removed asap.

See an oral surgeon: Wisdom teeth pain can be a problem for patients both before and after wisdom teeth extraction surgery. If they are impacted they are blocked from coming up through the gums. It might cause an infection, which results in pain and gum swelling. See an oral surgeon and ask how you can properly care for your wisdom teeth. This is very common problem. Take care.
