Appears Normal: As the days pass, any pain or swelling should be decreasing. If not, see your oral surgeon.

Sounds OK: But we can't see you. If the pain is decreasing every day, if the swelling is going down, if you don't have a bad taste in your mouth, it's probably OK. If you are concerned, check in with your Oral Surgeon.
