Post Op ?: I't not sure what you mean by your gums are "sticking together?" See the dentist who removed your teeth for a follow up visit. This is the responsibility of the dentist actually treating you and your responsibility to follow up with making the appointment. It's probably nothing of concern but only your own dentist can examine you and answer these types of questions.

Not clear: Not clear what you mean by "gums sticking together". You may be referring to where the surgical incision is sutured together. You probably have a postop appointment with the oral surgeon. You can ask hem/her at that appointment.
