Anger: Violence and rage takes this behavior to another level. I would clearly suggest psychotherapy to work on anger issues, stress management, ways to communicate feelings. The therapist can help decide if medication would be helpful. You should remind him that it is affecting the quality of his life and your relationship. Above all, you need to feel safe.
