Consider exercise,: Yoga, tai chi, qi gong, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises, time in the great outdoors, socializing with others, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, group therapy and evaluation for psychotropic medications. Medical causes for your symptoms should also be ruled out.
