That isn't the: Answer. Surgery has been used for really severe ocd that is recalcitrant to other treatments. Are you under the care of a psychiatrist? Are you on psychiatric medications? Are you in some form of therapy (like cognitive behavioral therapy or psychotherapy). There are many approaches to treating depression / anger. Please ensure that you are getting the care that you need and deserve.

No surgery: Anger and depression frequently happen together. Anger is a way to express depression. I would suggest a good therapist to talk to instead of surgery. Find the cause of your depression and good ways of dealing with why you are not happy. Exercise is also a good way to reduce stress and calm down physically and mentally.
