How can i cope with panic attacks while being alone?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Gradual Exposure: Consider working w/ clinical psychologist / anxiety expert who can help u face ur fear ; desensitize urself to it: the brain regions generating the kind of fear u describe aren't easily soothed by logic/reason. U'll be guided to face being alone for longer ; longer spans of time. At each step u'll learn to let ur level of distress climb until it starts to fall ; then drop back to a low level.
