Panic Disorder: I understand your distress due to panic attacks. Have Heart to Heart talk with your husband about your feelings, needs, his feelings about staying home to take care of you. Seek psychiatric : evaluation to diagnose your anxiety disorder(s) + depression & whatever else causes your preference for dysfunctional dependency on your husband over committment to long-term Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy & other therapies to learn how to control your anxiety instead of continuing to allow it to control your life & your husband's. Adjunctive medications may help, but only you can do the work.
