CBT and Therapy: I would suggest finding a skilled cognitive behavioral therapist who "specializes" in anxiety disorders. This approach would likely be time-limited, collaborative, include homework, and provide tools to combat anxiety, panic, and worry. Again, search someone who's primary foci are anxiety disorders and "cbt, " which is a gold standard, non pharmacological treatment.
