Many options: There are so many options out there for toning - it's best to find something you enjoy - simply increases your chances of sticking with it. Spinning (cycling) classes are excellent for leg toning, as are Pilates and yoga. There are combo classes with Zumba and Pilates if that's of interest! Jogging, elliptical, biking, walking on incline, swimming - all excellent.
