Water and walking: Drink 2-3qts water/day and walk 15min/day. Doesn't sound like a lot of exercise, but if you're consistent and do a little bit every day, you'll get more benefit that doing a lot of work 2-3 times/wk. And we all know that nobody is gonna work out an hour 7d/wk, that's just not practical and does no more good in the long-run.
