Can implanted dentures be counted as permanent teeth?

Nothing OTC: Implant supported dentures are prosthetic appliances, not a set of natural permanent teeth.

Not really: Implanted dentures or any type of dentures lack the full strength in chewing, etc, compared to the natural teeth and bone. Implants are a lot closer to this strength, though, and technology is improving all the time.
