The denture: Most likely they are coming from the fit of the denture. Especially since there has already been a fitting issue in the past. Iif so, it is only a quick process to relieve a little acrylic and fix the problem. Do they still stay in the same?

Rubbing,pressure: You likely need some additional adjustments to spread out and relieve the presssures. Be sure to have the bite checked as well, especially as you slide side to side and out to the front. Good luck.

See your dentist: It is hard to say without a clinical exam depending on the location, duration and type of blisters. This might have to do with your denture's fit and it may require some adjustment. It also may have to do do with your implants so it is best to see your dentist for proper diagnosis.
