Of course: The reference range is set for people who do not exercise. When i've tested medical students, essentially everybody who exercises strenuously is above "normal", with values up to 5000 in one guy who'd just spent a weekend cutting and hauling lumber and 3000 in a guy who'd just done 450 lb squats for 45 minutes. Stop worrying about this.
