Physical therapy: Early physical therapy is always recommended in all cases. Please discuss it with your attending physician and have a physical therapist evaluated.

Rhabdomyelisis: Rest varies with severity of the incident but it can knock you out for weeks. Feel free to move as you are able without pushing yourself. Drink lots of water, elevated CPK can damage the kidneys. Follow-up with your doctor.
