I have dry eyes in the morning after after a good nights rest , if i have to nap during the day my eyes are normal , i went to an optometrist and she as told me my sight is fine , and the dryness levels are fine what could be the reason i am 30 years?

AM dry eyes: Dry eyes after a sound sleep is not unusual because of lack of blinking while sleeping soundly. Apparently you don't have a significant dry eye condition otherwise. I suggest using artificial tears in the morning if your eyes are temporarily uncomfortably dry.
