Breath: If you can find a quiet place - do so. Breath in slowly ; deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to.

Breathe slowly: Slow down. Take a deep breath. Envision success and a place where you are most comfortable. If you are giving a presentation to a group, envision them dressed inadequately and that you have the upper hand. Envision your boss with a rainbow over their head. Ask questions of them and listen to the answers. Listen. Listen. Take a deep breath.
