Are your issues : Because of how you deal with stress in general? Or is this something specific to this job? If is the former - than working on yourself makes a lot of sense. Consider cognitive behavioral therapy. If it is the later - are there changes that can be made at work that would this job more tolerable for you? Is this job a bad fit for you? If the later - should you remain at this job?
