25 amiptriptyline, 200mg tramadol, 2 fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine) and 2mg clonazapam , in last 6 hours . i have high tolerance . should these multi med be safe ?

Safety: This combination should be safe, but i wouldn't take any more. Doses of tramadol in excess of 400 mg daily increases the risk of seizures. Amitriptyline plus Clonazepam can make you very sleepy, so don't be driving! taking too much Fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine) (more than 2-3 days per week) can actually make headaches worse, causing rebound headaches. Have you tried a triptan for your headaches?
