Pump and dump: if u use fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine), (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine) you should not breast feed. the half life of fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine) is 35 hours and it does enter breast milk It is not recommended that it be used if you are lactating.
