Throbbing pain in right side neck across shoulder an down arm could this be as fractured bone in the neck? On day 6 now with severe pain

Depends on history: If you had a trauma (fall, car accident, etc) then a fractured bone is possible and you should get an xray or ct scan asap. If no trauma, you could still have a pinched nerve and evaluation with health care provider and imaging is still a good idea.
