4 weeks ago i had a type 2 radial head fracture on my left arm. the right side of my face is now slightly numb to light touches and some temperature changes. is this caused from the pressure of the sling on the right side of my neck?

No: If the sling compressed and blocked circulation of the right carotid artery, damage to the right side of the cerebral cortex would affect the left side of he face and body. A neurologist would evaluate you to determine the cause of your right facial numbness and facial nerve pathology.
