Women aged 75 with diabetes, bp, thyroid, ra, osteoporosis and parkinsons. fell a week back on the right hand and broke the bone on her arm. looks like proximal humerus fracture and the bone has moved a bit. can we go in for surgical treatment?

There are risks and benefits to any surgery. In a 75 yo person with so many chronic conditions, the risk will be higher. Talk to her orthopedic surgeon about the specific risks of this procedure and whether they outweigh the benefits. There may be alternative, nonsurgical methods that are less risky.

Important in Parkinsonism that activity be continued, as prolonged immobility will make the disease far worse. An orthopedic surgeon should work with her neurologist, but if surgery is the best approach, this could be done under a regional block. Good luck with all of these complexities.
