Need more info: Difficult to answer without knowing more information: where in your humerus was it broken?, did you have surgery or were u treated non- operatively?, have u had any recent injury or repetitive upper extremity use?. The fracture apparently healed and may or may not be the reason for your new pain, numbness etc.Try seeing your previous orthopedist if possible. Best of Luck!

Cervical Spine: might be the reason for your pain... It is rare to have something associated with a fracture suddenly after so much time. Your symptoms sound like radiculopathy, possibly coming from the lower cervical spine, and it can make an old wound in the trajectory hurt worse... but that is not likely the source of your new pain. Find a good ortho-spine doc and have yourself evaluated. Good luck!
