broke upper arm 8years ago. two weeks ago i present with neck, shoulder ,constant pain in old fracture site with pain radiating through elbow &fingers

Need more info: Difficult to answer without knowing more information: where in your humerus was it broken?, did you have surgery or were u treated non- operatively?, have u had any recent injury or repetitive upper extremity use?. The fracture apparently healed and may or may not be the reason for your new pain, numbness etc.Try seeing your previous orthopedist if possible. Best of Luck!

Not cardiac....: This is very unlikely to be cardiac. It is more likely to be neuorlogic (for example, the brachial plexus) or musculoskeletal.
