Pinched nerve : this is just a pinched nerve. However you can have muscle pain in the neck thatcan be felt in the arm and you can also have shoulder pain that could be felt in the neck or in the arm. You need to see your physician and have an evaluation perhaps looking at both the rheumatic issues in the neurologic systems
