Exercise/Good diet!: The only way to increase your muscle size is to exercise them vigorously, daily if you can. Resistance exercises using weights is more effective. Along with exercise make sure you get good amounts of proteins in your diet. Sources of proteins are dairy products (milk/yogurt/ice cream), eggs, fish and nuts. Keep track of your weight once weekly and let us know if you are making some gains.

Plenty: I would get a complete lab work. I would also talk to your doctor about potential replacement if hormone levels are low. I would strongly not suggest testosterone replacement unless there is a strict deficiency.
