Muscle Building: It takes considerable amount of time to build muscle, try not to be discouraged as it will likely happen if you persist. Consult an exercise physiologist are they are usually experts in nutrition and designing work out plans. You will probably be told to have at least one protein drink per day in addition to your meals. My best.
