Lose weight: Reduce your intake of carbohydrates and sugars, and increase your intake of lean protein, veggies, and fruits. Also need to exercise. It's simple math. How many calories you eat vs how many you burn off. Walking is not enough to burn off calories. You need to get your heart rate up and maintain it there. That plus eating healthier will get you in shape for summer! do some ab exercises too.
