Rest, regroup: This is one of the symptoms of overtraining. Take a few days off and review the last 6 weeks of training focusing on diet , sleep, recovery days, and % increase in volume and intensity. I think you will find some answers there. Determine your realistic goal or goals, and target each with recovery in between to allow body to be prepared for the next block of training to reach next goal. Good Luck.

Switch it up.: Try something different. Different cardio routine. Different weight training exercises. Heavy weights instead of light, or light weights instead of heavy. You have to mix up what you do to keep progressing.
