Rinses: Try avoiding chewing on that side and use warm salt water rinses hourly for a few days. If that fails, to help then see a dentist.

Rinse, meds: Try saline rinses, OTC pain meds, chew on other side. If persists, see wisdom tooth expert. For best results with wisdom teeth, make sure you are evaluated and treated by a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon.
