Wisdom tooth: Please call the dentist that extracted your wisdom teeth ASAP. Have you been bleeding for the last 4 days? Have you been following the post op instructions give after the extractions? This is too long to be bleeding. You need to contact the dentist and get this checked.

Bleeding control: Place a gauze or dry tea bag over the area and biting firmly to control bleeding. Avoid physical activity, use ice packs on the sides of the surgery and do not rinse your mouth. Change gauze pads every 60 minutes until active bleeding stops. If bleeding does not subside within 24 hours, call your surgeon.
