See the dentist.: It is atypical that you would be bleeding/ oozing after 48 hours. Certainly, there are actions that could bring this about like smoking, drinking through a straw, or drinking hot liquids as well as vigorous exercise. If none of these have taken place, I would recommend seeing the dentist/ surgeon that removed the tooth to evaluate the area.

Not abnormal: For the most part bleeding should have stopped by now. The person responsible for your post-surgical care is your Oral Surgeon. Call him/her, report your concerns, see if a reexamination would be in order. In the meantime try gently biting on a tea bag, changing it every 20 minutes or so. That may stop the oozing.
