Dizziness: Sinusitis may take 10to14 days to clear and at times it requires antibiotics stronger than Doxycycline to clear the infection. See an otolaryngologist if your symptoms persist or worsen. The dizziness is related to your congestion affecting the sinus and and probable posterior nasal congestion affecting the tube in the back of the nose leading to the ear structures.

BE PATIENT: Takes a few days for antibiotic to work well, and recovery may run several more days. You probably still have some obstruction of the eustacian tube, and possibly some residual fluid within the inner ear. Give it a few more days, and if no better, recontact doctor.
