Not likely: If you do not have nasal symptoms or discharge, it is not likely to be sinusitis. It is not feasible to say, what it is without examining you. If your symptoms do not abate in a week or so, it would be prudent to see your doctor. The enlarged lymph glands are of particular concern and you should get it checked.
