My doctor has diagnosed me with chronic sinusitis with acute bouts of it on top. it is debilitating, but she has put me on nasal steroid stops now. will this help the constant awful dizziness and brain fog that i get?

It should help: The brain fog is most likely due to mild swelling due to the congestion you described. Try the nasal steroid as prescribed, and notify your prescribing doc if some stubborn symptoms remain,
