Get dizzy when i tilt my head up, i've been going to a doctor for a while and said it's sinusitis, but for a while it calms down and comes back.

? vertebro-basilar: insufficiency, meaning: the arteries supplying your head with blood get kinked a bit when you extend your neck, so blood going through your head is reduced causing the dizziness, or could be your inner ears. You may want to see a neurologist if it is really bothersome, best wishes
