Complaint?: You don't tell us what your complaint is. But if you saw an ENT doctor, he is treating you for either allergic rhinitis, non-allergic rhinitis, or possibly sinusitis. I would not recommend the use of water for 2 reasons. It may dilute the concentration of the budesonide, a topical steroid. Also i would advise Normal Saline (salt rather than water but only 30 minutes before or after the drug.
