My septoplasty was 12 days ago. can i use the budesonide i was rx'd by my allergist prior to surgery (mixed with my saline nasal rinse), or use flonase? my breathing has degraded from 1st day post-surgery, & i'm having great difficulty sleeping?

Putting anything your nose soon after septoplasty should be after consulting with your ENT surgeon . Pl do so.

Hello, check with your surgeon regarding treatments. If your too aggressive with sinus rinses too soon, a fear of a septal perforation could occur. There are different medical treatments that may help resolve your troubles. I hope this helps.
