Hida scan normal...ct scan of abdomen, and, pelvis normal. ..full abdominal ultrasound normal. ..i am still having bad pains what could it be if these .are normal? most all my blood ttests are normal 2.

Reflux?: Without getting a full history and physical, i'm not sure - but there are many causes of abdominal pain! an ulcer or gastroesophageal reflux disease could be causing burning pain - for either one, try taking a daily antacid (omeprazole for instance) for a month. If that doesn't help, you might need more testing!

Irritable bowel : After a full workup pain still could be due to irritable bowel, constipation or other diseases such as an ulcer. Often if the pain is severe a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy will be donae as well to provide further answers. If all of these are negative then irritable bowel is often diagnosed.
