?: If you truly have a 1.8 cm slip of the L5 vertebrae on the S1 vertebrae, this is a pretty severe finding and by definition your CT scan and MRI could not have been normal. It could potentially be related to nerve impingement in the spine or some problem in the area locally. Seeing a primary care doctor might be a good start; a spine specialist and urologist could add input as well.
