May not be cancer: From what you described, infection or other causes of inflammation are more likely. Cancer can cause reactive hyperplasia if it is present in the area drained by the node. If you had a biopsy, you obviously saw a doctor and it would more useful to ask him/her as the doctor has more information about your health.
