Hi, i've had severe fatigue, headaches and full body lymph swellungincluding supraclavicular for around 2 months now, fatigue coming more recently, had a full blood count, and ultrasound, all clear , is it possible to have mono without sore throat?

It is possible to have mononucleosis without having a sore throat. This can be tested for in bloodwork so perhaps your doctor can test you for mono to rule it in or out. There is no specific treatment for mono-just supportive care like rest and treating any symptoms. If you have an enlarged spleen, you would limit any contact sports until the enlarged spleen decreases in size. So, see your doctor.
